Dr. Lisa Ramsackal is a Chiropractor and Registered Acupuncturist and the founder of Innova Integrated Wellness Centre. Dr. Lisa’s passion for patient centred holistic care led her to establish a wellness centre whos model focuses on identifying root causes and individualized needs in helping patients reach their optimal health and wellness goals.

Dr. Lisa is highly recognized in her community for her effective and multimodal treatment approach to care. She incorporates her background as a Personal Trainer and her diverse skills and education in chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Medical Acupuncture, Sports and Injury Rehabilitation, Soft Tissue Therapy, Active Release Techniques and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Myofascial and TCM based Cupping into developing comprehensive, individualized and highly effective treatment plans. Dr. Lisa treats a diverse patient base ranging from young children to seniors and is a go-to for complex sports injuries and cases in her area. Dr. Lisa also holds her certification in Webster Technique for the treatment of pre and post-pregnancy-related pelvic pain.

Dr. Lisa is passionate about patient education and empowerment and has been featured on Rogers TV and Riayd Sangeet TV providing education about various health topics and weekly health and wellness tips. Dr. Lisa is actively involved in the community as a health and wellness speaker for various companies and organizations including Microsoft, Mississauga Soccer Club, Desjardins Financial Independent Network, Peel Region Board of Approved Basketball Officials, BNI Golden Horseshoe, Streetsville BIA, and is a health and wellness writer for SMJ magazine.
